Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

Please do not park on the lawn or block neighboring driveways.

The community pool is accessed using the pool fob provided inside the home.

Please return the fob to its designated location after each use and before checkout.

Guests are responsible for following all posted community pool rules.

A $20.00 replacement fee will be charged if the pool fob is lost.

Our Roku TVs are set up in Guest Mode for easy streaming.

Guests may sign in to their own streaming services during their stay. Guest Mode automatically helps protect personal account information, so no sign-out is required before departure.

Please place household trash in the designated outdoor trash container.

You do not need to move the trash bins to the road or bring them back. Our property manager handles taking the bins out for collection and returning them afterward. You may see someone stop by to take care of this during your stay.

The garage is reserved for owner use and is not available to guests.

Smoking and vaping are permitted only on the back patio.

Smoking or vaping inside the unit is not permitted.

Smoking inside the unit will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not leave them on the patio, lawn, or surrounding property.

We love pets, but some guests have severe allergies. To help keep the home comfortable and safe for everyone, dogs and other pets are not permitted at RJK Shore Vacations.

Please do not bring pets into the home or onto the property unless you have received prior written approval.

If a pet is found to have stayed in the home or is reported to have been brought onto the property without prior written approval, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused by the pet.

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during community quiet hours.

Pool/Patio hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Florida is warm and humid, so please keep exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Before leaving. please:

• Place trash in the designated container.
• Return the pool fob to its designated location.
• Make sure doors and windows are closed.
• Double-check the home for personal belongings.
